Introducing Wyatt Horsley, MD

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Wyatt Horsley, MD to Kagen Concierge. He is a board-certified family physician with experience spanning primary care, cancer research, academic medicine, and physician leadership. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Utah, attended medical school at Ross University, and completed residency training at Indiana University before returning to Utah. Over the course of his career, Dr. Horsley has held multiple medical director and leadership roles while remaining deeply committed to direct patient care. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, cardiometabolic health, healthy aging, and longevity, with an emphasis on thoughtful, evidence-based strategies to improve long-term health and function.
